Job Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Solution Based Therapeutics. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychological assessments, therapy, and interventions to clients experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. The Clinical Psychologist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support client well-being and promote mental health awareness.
Key Responsibilities :
Clinical Services :
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning.
- Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy to clients across diverse populations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches.
- Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments for clients in acute distress.
Collaboration & Consultation :
Work closely with psychiatrists, social workers, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care.Provide consultation and psychoeducation to families, caregivers, and other stakeholders as needed.Participate in case conferences and clinical team meetings to discuss treatment progress and care planning.Documentation & Compliance :
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA and center policies.Ensure all documentation, including treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries, meets ethical and legal standards.Stay updated on best practices, ethical guidelines, and state regulations for clinical psychology.Professional Development & Training :
Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.Supervise and mentor interns, trainees, or early-career clinicians as needed.Participate in community outreach and mental health awareness initiatives.Qualifications :
Education : Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.Licensure : Valid state license as a Clinical Psychologist.Experience : Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a counseling or healthcare setting.Skills & Competencies :Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working with specific populations (children / adolescents).Training in specialized therapeutic approaches such as EMDR, ACT, or psychodynamic therapy is a plus.Psychological testing and assessment experience is preferred.Compensation : $120k - $130k (DOE)
