Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Per Diem

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a per diem basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in a variety of healthcare settings, supporting patients and collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of RNs and/or physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns promptly.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transfers as needed.
• Provide support with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with infection control policies.
• Foster a compassionate environment by recognizing the emotional and physical needs of patients.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience in a clinical setting (facility-specific requirements may vary).
• BLS certification (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different healthcare environments.
• Flexibility to accept shifts on short notice.
  
  

Schedule & Work Type

• Per diem flexible scheduling with the ability to choose shifts based on availability and facility needs.
• May include day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
