Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care under the supervision of RNs and/or physicians.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns promptly.
- Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transfers as needed.
- Provide support with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with infection control policies.
- Foster a compassionate environment by recognizing the emotional and physical needs of patients.
- Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience in a clinical setting (facility-specific requirements may vary).
- BLS certification (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different healthcare environments.
- Flexibility to accept shifts on short notice.
- Per diem flexible scheduling with the ability to choose shifts based on availability and facility needs.
