Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to join our team at a dual diagnosis treatment center in Lantana, Florida. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions to ensure the highest standards of care and efficiency in our facility. This role is pivotal in maintaining a smooth workflow, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients.

• Operational Oversight:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the treatment center, ensuring all departments work seamlessly to meet organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Staff Coordination:

  • Supervise and support staff across departments, providing clear communication, guidance, and leadership.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members to uphold a high standard of service.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal guidelines, including HIPAA and other relevant healthcare standards.
  • Conduct routine audits to maintain compliance and address any deficiencies promptly.

• Facility Management:

  • Oversee the maintenance of the physical site, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for staff and clients.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage inventory and operational needs.

• Client Care Coordination:

  • Work closely with clinical teams to support client care plans and program execution.
  • Address client concerns related to facility operations, ensuring a client-focused approach.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or dual diagnosis treatment setting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
