About the Job:
Our Radiation Oncology RNs deliver care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process. It is important that we create and uphold a therapeutic, caring environment for patient and families.
What Youll Do:
- Embraces and promotes change to support optimal patient outcomes and an effective professional practice environment
- Involves patient/family in goal setting/planning, and communicates that plan of care to patient and family for input
- Communicate arranged plans to colleagues to ensure seamless care across shifts and settings
- Demonstrates competent clinical practice utilizing clinical decision making and critical thinking skills
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience
- Current BSN or commitment to achieving the degree in a specified amount of time
- Previous experience in Oncology, Preferred
