Job Description:

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care to patients of all ages
• Works within a collaborative model to provide comprehensive care to cancer patients by conducting physical assessments
• Ordering appropriate diagnostic/screening tests, prescribing medications including bone marrow biopsies
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Proficiency with EMR EPIC preferred, but not required
• 60% office visits and 40% hospital rounding/covering infusion room
• Providing patient education regarding diagnosis and treatment options, implementing treatment plans and managing acute toxicities associated with treatment.
• AANP or ANCO BC required, chemotherapy/biotherapy certification preferred
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives
