Senior Business Analyst
Location: Downtown Chicago (onsite Monday-Wednesday)
Duration: 6 months
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive a high-profile project from a business analysis perspective. We're searching for a senior resource that has ERP experience. Business facing and stakeholder facing experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Conduct user workshops and engage with stakeholders to understand requirements
- Develop and maintain business requirement documents, user stories, and process workflows
- Collaborate with Agile teams to prioritize requirements, resolve blockers, and communicate iteration statuses
- Apply technical skills, including troubleshooting and understanding of directory, file structures, and systems
- Assist Quality Assurance teams in translating requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, business, or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business analyst roles
- Agile development environment experience required
- Technical skills, including troubleshooting and understanding of directory, file structures, and systems
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
