Job Details
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Optimizely Developer to drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge web applications and digital platforms that deliver exceptional user experiences for our client. As a technical leader, you'll analyze business requirements, craft scalable solutions, and ensure seamless integration with Optimizely DXP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build feature sets for existing applications, enhancing integrations and upgrading our business application portfolio
- Lead architectural design and technical strategy for Optimizely integration projects, adhering to best practices and industry standards
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing software implementations, recommending improvements and optimizations
- Oversee integration with internal and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation
- Implement continuous integration practices for deploying code
- Work with our primary tech stack: C#, SQL Server, Visual Studio, Azure, and GitHub
- Collaborate with IT and Business groups, demonstrating a service mindset and excellent communication skills
- Guide and mentor development teams in implementing software solutions according to architectural guidelines and coding standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Optimizely features and capabilities
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with applicable regulations in collaboration with data management teams
- Manage the overall health and performance of integrated Optimizely applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues
- Provide technical leadership in evaluating, selecting, and implementing complementary technologies
- Contribute to the development of a long-term Optimizely roadmap aligned with organizational strategic objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience with C#
- 3 years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Next.js
- Experience with REST web services, Git fundamentals, and Entity Framework Core
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience implementing best practice CI/CD principles
- Experience with Optimizely Hybrid Headless DXP, Azure, and proficiency in Optimizely with various APIs, web services, and enterprise systems
