Job Details
We're seeking a MES Operation Engineer to join our client's team. As an MES Operation Engineer, you'll play a key role in implementing their manufacturing execution software solutions, working closely with clients to optimize their production processes and improve profitability.
Responsibilities
- Train to become a subject matter expert, leading the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Software (MES) solutions
- Collaborate with clients to analyze and document manufacturing processes, defining functional and technical solutions for MES implementation
- Configure and implement MES solutions within clients' manufacturing operations and IT infrastructures
- Provide training and support to clients, ensuring successful adoption of our solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues, strategize solutions, and advise clients on process improvements
- Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for clients to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, IT personnel, and clients to ensure seamless implementation and support
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes, production logistics, and IT systems
- Proven experience introducing software systems into manufacturing environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, including machining, fabrication, and assembly processes
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices
- Experience with production planning, MRP, ERP systems, and project management methodologies
