Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and integrated Salesforce solutions. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver business value faster. Leverage your expertise to drive business process improvements, develop strategic roadmaps, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. This can be a contract or permanent opportunity. This does require a few days in off per month at the Houston, TX office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of business processes, identifying opportunities for Salesforce-driven improvements
- Foster strong client relationships through trust, rapport, and effective communication
- Lead requirement gathering workshops, business process design sessions, and roadmap planning
- Architect and influence best-practice Salesforce integrations with other systems and platforms
- Create prototypes, proof of concepts, and wireframes to articulate business requirements
- Deliver design blueprints, detailed solution designs, and guide development teams
- Validate solution components, lead customer walkthroughs, and mitigate project risks
- Manage stakeholder discussions, highlighting solution trade-offs and benefits
- Develop and maintain services offerings for rapid Salesforce implementation value
- Support pre-sales activities to position successful delivery of customer solutions
- Maintain high billable utilization and stay current with Salesforce developments and trends
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security protocols, and data privacy regulations
