We're seeking an experienced Senior UI Designer to lead the design of intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces across our client's digital financial platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive UI design strategy for enterprise-level financial products
- Design responsive, intuitive, and visually engaging web and mobile user interfaces for investment platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and ensure adherence to UI design best practices
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity throughout implementation
- Present design concepts and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- UI design lead experience (7 years), with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership in designing visually compelling and user-centered digital platforms
- Proven experience in finance, banking, or asset management sectors
- Expertise in designing complex, data-rich financial platforms that prioritize usability and aesthetics
- Proven track record using UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UI design principles, visual design trends, and design systems
Nice to Have:
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with design systems implementation across large-scale organizations
