We're seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for our client s digital financial platforms. You'll collaborate with executive leadership, product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to create designs that drive business results and delight users on a global scale. The person we re searching for will have a strong portfolio showcasing technical leadership in designing visually compelling and user-centered digital platforms, particularly within the financial services arena. This is a contract to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive UI design strategy for enterprise-level financial products
- Design responsive, intuitive, and visually engaging web and mobile user interfaces for investment platforms
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and ensure adherence to UI design best practices
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity throughout implementation
- Present design concepts and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimally 10 years of professional UI design experience
- Portfolio showcasing leadership in designing visually compelling and user-centered digital platforms
- Expertise in finance, banking or asset management sectors
- Proficiency in UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools (InVision, Axure)
- Strong understanding of UI design principles, visual design trends, and design systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with design systems implementation across large-scale organizations
