Due to pending retirement, leading HVAC Mechanical and Building Automation provider has an immediate need for a HVAC Mechanical Estimator to assist with new projects, retrofits, and system upgrades. Position follows :
Ideally, we are looking for someone that has 3 years of experience estimating new and retrofitted HVAC Mechanical Systems for Fortune 500 Companies, Schools, Hospitals, and Large Industrial Accounts. Job duties will include :
- Work closely with sales team, architects, and engineers to estimate systems.
- Perform occasional site visits to clients to better understand their needs
- Equipment selection
- Equipment budgeting / cost control
- Occasional attendance of construction meetings
- Assist sales team with quotes and proposals
