About the Job:
Under the supervision of the System Manager, Compensation, responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of competitive compensation programs that supports our ability to attract and retain top talent.
What You’ll Do
- Makes recommendations for salary offers for prospective candidates to HR recruiters and managers, which maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Assesses the need for market driven pay adjustments by completing compensation analyses.
- Tracks deadlines of salary surveys and compiles and submits data for participation in local, regional and national surveys.
- Assists in collaboration with leadership to develop appropriate bonus and incentive programs that reward both individual and group performance.
- Works in collaboration with the System Manager, Compensation on the annual comprehensive compensation market analysis and ongoing maintenance of the compensation salary structure.
- Assists employees and managers in the use of Workday as it relates to compensation and troubleshoots issues.
- Completes job evaluations for new positions utilizing internal and external data, to determine appropriate salary level.
- Evaluates FLSA classifications to ensure positions are correctly classified as exempt or non-exempt.
- Maintains position data within the Human Resource Information System, (Workday).
- Works directly with managers to ensure that all positions have an accurate job description. Coordinates the tracking, reviewing and publishing of job descriptions in SharePoint.
- Runs monthly and ad hoc compensation reports.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or additional equivalent experience.
- CCP or CCA Preferred
- One to two years in a role performing compensation analysis
- Strong MS Office skills including Word and Excel

This position is hybrid/remote. Office location is 4 Elliot Way, Manchester, NH and/or 21 E. Hollis St, Nashua, NH.
Work Shift:
Monday - Friday8:00AM - 4:30AM
Full time; 40 hours per week
