About the Job:
Leads the second shift registration team. Provides feedback on daily registration processes and staffing issues to the Patient Access Manager. Review’s worklists and maintains current QA reviews on all shift employees. Responds to questions, issues and inquiries from all registration and hospital personnel. Follows Emergency room visitor policy protocol. Works with registrar on collection process and copay reconciliation.
What You’ll Do:
- Problem solves registration issues and staff behavior.
- Maintains a positive role in leadership in a stressful environment.
- Communicates professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization
- Anticipates and prevents conflict before it occurs
- Is efficient in the bedside registration and admission process.
- Understands HDX eligibility for Medicare and TPL (Third party Liability) and initiates follow up with patient for information when necessary
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or GED
- 5-7 years of Health Care experience, Required
- Ability to handle working in a fast-paced environment
- Epic Experience, Preferred

Work Shift:
40 hours per week, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, variable schedule to include weekdays and weekends
