Come work at the best place to give and receive care!Job Description : $3,000 Sign on Bonus for Full Time LNA'sWho We Are : The Emergency Department of Southern NH Medical Center continuously provides care to the diverse population of Southern New Hampshire with a 30-bed, critical care unit. In addition to supporting the community as a Level III Trauma Center, and Primary Accredited Stroke Facility, the ED has taken proactive steps to provide safe care to our psychiatric population through the implementation of a 6-bed secured intradepartmental unit. Our robust staff of nurses, paramedics, LNAs and Health Unit Coordinators work 12-hour shifts around the clock to provide a continuously higher level of care to our community.About the Job : Clinical Assistants (LNAs) are a combination of Health Unit Coordinators and Licensed Nursing Assistants. As a member of the Patient Care Services team, Clinical Assistants support in patient care and coordinate administrative functions of assigned patient care areas and facilitate patient flow throughout the department.What You'll Do :
- ADL's and patient care assistance
- Maintain a safe patient care environment
- Prepare and maintain patient records with appropriate data elements
- Collect and document basic patient care information as delegatedWho You Are :
- Completed LNA program & active licensure in the state of NH
- Basic medical terminology.
