Solution IT Inc. is looking for a Veritas NetBackup Engineer (Backup and Storage) for one of its clients - Alpharetta GA
W2 Only
Job Title: Veritas NetBackup Engineer (Backup and Storage)
Required Skills:
- 4 years of experience with UNIX/Linux, strong understanding of Linux OS.BASH or other shell scripting knowledge
- 5 years of experience working with VERITAS NetBackup including Flex Appliances and Cloud Storage
- 2 years of Veritas IT Analytics experience including installation and administration
- 3 years of Quantum Tape Systems
- 3 years of understanding and working knowledge of fundamental Internet Protocols (e.g., DNS, HTTP, SSH, SMTP, FTP)
- Web/Internet Security experience is a plus.
- Configuration management experience (e.g., puppet, Git, Subversion.)
- CI/CD
- 3 years of hands-on Programming experience in Python.
- 2 years of Veritas Infoscale Clustering experience/knowledge
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Work Site: Alpharetta GA
Duration: 12 Months
Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
