We are seeking a Certified Autism Specialist to join our team, working alongside Qualified Supervising Professionals, Supervisors, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Behavior Interventionists.
The successful candidate will oversee programming for identified clients under the direct supervision of a BCBA.
- This involves providing training to caregivers, conducting behavioral assessments of clients, designing behavior and individual support plans, and coordinating, scheduling, communicating, and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, and behavior plans for clients on their caseload.
Responsibilities:
Assist with coordinating, scheduling, communicating, and continually evaluating the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral evaluations, and behavior plans for clients on their caseload.
Aid in providing training to caregivers and conducting behavioral assessments of clients.
Design behavior and individual support plans for clients with a BCaBA.
Maintain a weekly billable caseload of service hours as directed by the Clinic Manager/Assistant Clinic Manager.
Adhere to the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts as well as all regulatory and statutory rules in the state of Minnesota.
