We are currently seeking a Mental Health Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary treatment team within our Outpatient Services. This role provides clinical leadership and oversight to the office, reporting directly to the Clinic Manager.
Clinical Leadership Role Highlights:
- Provides culturally competent assessment and intervention services for children and adults with various mental health disorders
- Conducts diagnostic assessments and collaboratively develops treatment plans with clients
- Utilizes evidence-based interventions and ensures best service planning and implementation through regular team meetings
- Trains and supervises clinical trainees and/or staff providing community outreach services
Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Data-based treatment planning and utilization of evidence-based strategies
