As part of our team, you’ll:

• Dive into CCTV inspections of sewer lines, catch basins, and other infrastructure projects.
• Learn advanced inspection techniques and how to operate cutting-edge equipment while working alongside seasoned professionals.
• Contribute to all aspects of the operation, including preparing work sites, assisting in inspections, and maintaining equipment and safety standards.
• Receive mentorship to help you advance in the field and eventually take on more responsibility within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in CCTV inspections of sewer lines and catch basins, learning advanced inspection techniques.
• Prepare work sites—open manholes, clear debris, and set up inspections.
• Operate specialized camera equipment, assist with cable pulling for inspections, and ensure quality control.
• Collaborate with the team to meet safety regulations and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain equipment and work areas, keeping everything in peak working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols (including flagging traffic and setting up barriers).
• Take on more responsibility as you gain experience in managing operations and equipment.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and actively contribute to the company's growth and success.

Preferred (but not required) experience:

• Familiarity with CCTV or sewer cleaning equipment.
• Experience with operating remote cameras for sewer inspections.
• Background in sewer maintenance, pipeline rehabilitation, or a related field.
• A CDL Class B license (or the willingness to obtain one).

Education & Certification Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 years of related experience preferred (but not required).
• Required Certifications (must be obtained prior to start date):
• Confined Space Entry
• OSHA 10
• Required Certifications (must be obtained within 6 months of hire):
• Trenching and Excavation Safety
• Flagger Certification

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Comfort working in physically demanding environments.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and complete tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.

Work Environment:

• 100% field-based position with a dynamic workday.
• Occasional travel to job sites.
• Potential for on-call work during emergencies.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
