Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients, collaborating with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care. The RN will also be responsible for:
• Coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams
• Providing education and support to patients and families
• Utilizing age-specific standards as designated in the assigned clinical setting
