Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with at least one year of experience and six months of travel experience to join our team. This 12-hour night shift position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced ICU environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to critically ill patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Demonstrate competency in various clinical skills, including invasive monitoring, ventilator management, and hemodynamic support.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
