Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care. This includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing effective treatment strategies.
- Assesses patient needs and develops individualized care plans
- Provides direct patient care, including medication administration and wound care
- Collaborates with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
Education and Experience
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
