Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients in the ICU. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. The successful candidate will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting
- Assess and diagnose patient conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
