The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Solutions by Sanford in Bismarck requires experienced healthcare professionals to provide individualized nursing care utilizing the nursing process. This role involves collaboration with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across various phases, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and ethical practices.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide individualized nursing care to patients across various phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
- Demonstrate competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting
Requirements
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Ability to work night shifts in a supportive and dynamic environment
