Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding and satisfaction
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements and Qualifications
- Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing
- At least six months of travel experience
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
