The Registered Nurse (RN) is a critical member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering individualized nursing care to patients. With a strong focus on preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, our RNs work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying physical, emotional, and social needs
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice is occurring or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state
- Obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
