">Solutions by Sanford, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing quality care and service in a Christian environment, is seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse for our Fargo ICU Resource Team. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and adherence to nursing standards and ethics.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process.
- Collaborate with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilize appropriate age and population-specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting.
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
Benefits:
- Paid weekly, with stipend included in the weekly pay rate.
