Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize evidence-based practice and guidelines to inform clinical decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Current RN licensure with the State Board of Nursing
- At least six months of experience in critical care nursing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
