We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Professional to join our nursing team at Solutions by Sanford. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in a clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
- Care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
