Job Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse on our ICU Resource Team, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients.
You will collaborate with other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care, and demonstrate competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized nursing care to patients
- Collaborating with other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care
- Demonstrating competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge
You will also be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for patients and their families, and for communicating effectively with them throughout their stay.
