The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing individualized patient care at Solutions by Sanford. This dynamic position involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring adherence to established nursing standards and ethical guidelines.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care through the utilization of the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation)
- Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of nursing policies and procedures
- Provide patient education and support as needed
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
- At least one year of experience in a hospital setting preferred
