Job Overview
Solutions by Sanford is seeking experienced RNs to join our team as Travel Registered Nurses. Our organization provides high-quality care and services to seniors in a Christian environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation).
- Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
Benefits:
- Paid weekly with stipend included in the weekly pay rate.
