Job Summary
The RN is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to deliver individualized care to patients. Collaborating with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, is essential to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Our nurses practice within the full scope of their expertise/knowledge and utilize age- and population-specific standards in their assigned clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient-centered care that addresses physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to healthcare teams
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Hold an active RN license in the state where practicing
- Have at least one year of experience as a registered nurse
