About the Role
As an RN Traveler at Solutions by Sanford, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized nursing care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This role requires at least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel experience, focusing on patient assessment, education, and care coordination. You will work in a dynamic environment with 12-hour rotating shifts, contributing to the holistic health and well-being of patients at Sanford Medical Center Fargo.
Job Responsibilities
• Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Collaborate with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up as patients move along the continuum of care.
Requirements
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.

Contracts are 13 weeks with the option to extend or go to another Sanford site.
