Job Description
The RN (Registered Nurse) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients in the Fargo ICU Resource Team. This includes assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care while collaborating with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians.
As an RN at Solutions by Sanford, you will be responsible for caring for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. You will also be responsible for the planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and various other nursing interventions.
