• Provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (e.g., American Association of Colleges of Nursing, Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation)
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state where practice is occurring or possesses multistate licensure (if applicable)
• Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in nursing
