Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Nurse Job Description
This role requires a skilled healthcare professional who can provide individualized care to patients in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit during night shifts.
About the Job
- Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Responsible for patient assessment, education, and care coordination while adhering to nursing standards and ethics.
- Provide patient care in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
Benefits
