Job Description
The RN Traveler at Solutions by Sanford is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients. This role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals and adherence to established nursing standards and ethics.
Responsibilities:
- Assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
- Collaboration with other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Development and implementation of effective care plans to meet patient needs
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
