We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Solutions by Sanford team as 13-week contract workers. Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. This includes collaborating with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, assessing patient needs and developing personalized plans of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license in good standing, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience working in a healthcare setting and familiarity with electronic medical records systems are highly desirable.

Benefits

As a valued member of the Solutions by Sanford team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $27,000 - $34,000 per year, paid weekly, plus eligibility for Sanford Health benefits. Contract workers are also entitled to regular breaks, meal times, and relaxation periods.
