**Job Summary:**
The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Solutions By Sanford involves providing individualized nursing care to patients in a clinical setting. This role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate patient care, focusing on all phases of preventative care and treatment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Providing direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborating with other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Developing and implementing individualized plans of care based on patient needs and preferences
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress
**Qualifications:**
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program, including but not limited to American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA)
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
