Job Summary:
The RN is responsible for providing individualized nursing care to patients, collaborating with inter-professional colleagues, and utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Responsibilities:
* Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients
* Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care
* Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care to patients
Requirements:
* Graduate from an accredited nursing program required
* Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring
Benefits:
* Competitive salary range: $29,200 - $36,640
