**Job Responsibilities**
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients across various settings. This will involve collaborating with inter-professional teams to ensure high-quality care delivery and adhering to the standards of practice and ethical guidelines. The nurse will also be responsible for educating patients and their families, triaging patient needs, and performing various nursing interventions as needed.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, including but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). You must also hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Additionally, you should obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
