Collaboration with other inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, is essential to ensure effective care delivery. The RN must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
• At least one year of experience in nursing
• Six months of travel nursing experience
• A valid RN license in the state where the practice of nursing is occurring or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, with a bachelor's degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in a Christian-based environment
