Nurse Expertise in Pediatric Intensive Care Units
The ideal candidate for this travel nursing position will have at least one year of experience, including a minimum of six months of travel experience. This role requires collaboration with inter-professional colleagues to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Key responsibilities include providing individualized nursing care in a pediatric intensive care unit setting during straight night shifts. This involves utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide high-quality patient care.
In addition to strong clinical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
This is a 13-week contract opportunity with the option to extend or transition to another Sanford Health facility.
