Location Dahlgren Virginia: Position is hybrid, and onsite work will be performed at the contractor’s facility

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline and seven (7) years’ experience.
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:
- Eleven (11) years of experience with advanced knowledge and in-depth understanding of Microsoft SharePoint (2010, 2013, and 2016), SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and InfoPath.
- Seven (7) years’ experience designing and developing solutions to address business needs, opportunities, and proposing changes in a SharePoint Environment.
- Five (5) years’ experience in internal and external forums and developing recommendations relating to program direction and guidance.
- Five (5) years’ experience in supporting engineering review boards, configuration management, and requirements activities.
- Five (5) years’ experience in reviewing requirements document and create technical design documents, unit test, system test, and implementation plans for small to complex projects.
- Five (5) years’ experience in designing, develop, and support custom SharePoint solutions, sites, workflows, and web parts.
- Five (5) years’ experience in DoD system engineering lifecycle processes and configuration management processes.
SharePoint Development
- The Contractor shall provide technical support of Microsoft SharePoint. The technical support shall include implementation, design, development, administration, maintenance, hardware configuration, and Search Engine Optimization.
- The Contractor shall perform content administration. This support shall include site collection creation, top level sites creation, sub-site creation and configuration, security model design and implementation, and permissions management for SharePoint.
- The Contractor shall maintain the SharePoint architecture and perform site/data migrations from SharePoint.
- The Contractor shall maintain all SharePoint versions through development in Windows Power Shell Commands, FAST Search, Business Connectivity Services, Client-Side Object Model, Sand box solutions, MS Visio, Excel Services, Access Services, and Silverlight Web parts.
- The Contractor shall provide technical support for SharePoint Applications (apps) using web part templates.
- The Contractor shall develop, test, deploy SharePoint apps, and connect SharePoint apps and web control library templates. (CDRL A004, Computer Program End Item Documentation)
- The Contractor shall develop SharePoint apps using the SharePoint structured object model, as well as, SharePoint web services.
- The Contractor shall implement SharePoint site customization and codeless workflow development using SharePoint Designer.
- The Contractor shall maintain, design, and develop custom workflows in Visual Studio.
- The Contractor shall develop detailed procedure workflows using Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer and Nintex Workflow Designer. (CDRL A004, Computer Program End Item Documentation)
- The Contractor shall design and maintain existing browser-based InfoPath Forms in InfoPath using form designer with Visual Studio Tools for Applications (VSTA) and Visual Studio.
- The Contractor shall use the following SharePoint Services: Site Definition, Site Template, Audiences, Security, Search customization, Single Sign-On, and Public Key Infrastructure Common Access Card (PKI CAC) enabled applications.
- The Contractor shall use SharePoint Designer and Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) to maintain consistency in the user interface of the official SharePoint Portal to include customized development of master pages, content pages, custom controls, site definitions, lists, libraries, workflows, and custom web parts.
- The Contractor shall maintain existing and develop new front-end user interfaces using ASP.NET, XML, HTML/DHTML, CSS, Adobe® Flash®, jQuery™, and JavaScript. (CDRL A004, Computer Program End Item Documentation)
- The Contractor shall design, maintain reports and dashboards leveraging Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or third-party integration tools. The Contractor shall integrate reports and dashboards into SharePoint environments.
- The Contractor shall use the Agile/Scrum software development process when applicable.
