Position Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Developer Analyst to join our collaborative and agile team. In this role, you will use your advanced knowledge of technology and computer science to design, develop, improve, and maintain software applications. You may work on a wide range of projects and functionality involving databases, user interfaces, microservices, and APIs. You will assess deliverable requirements, improve processes, automate features, recommend new applications, and then play a central role in their development and implementation using SAFe Agile methodology.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll grow your skills and help elevate others, mentoring teammates and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, improve and maintain applications.
- Serve as a technical lead when solutioning, re-solutioning, or reducing technical debt.
- Create upgrades for existing programs and applications.
- Support and enhance smaller-scale applications while collaborating across teams in a matrixed environment to maintain codebases for multiple systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide suggestions for technology-driven process improvements
- Provide technical documentation or specifications as needed to develop user stories.
- Communicate effectively with business and technical colleagues.
- Stay informed on emerging tools and best practices that could benefit the organization.
- Follow governance best practices, maintain security and CMMC compliance, and inform process
Required Qualifications
- Full stack developer skills using .Net Core, C#, JavaScript, or java.
- Relational or Big Data experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work across departments and bridge and interpret between business and technical personalities.
- Self-starter mindset with the flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience envisioning, solutioning, and specifying systems rather than completing tasks designed by others.
- Experienced working in an Agile/Scrum environment and documenting within Jira/Confluence
- Experience working in a small or mid-sized organization with cross-functional responsibilities.
- Prior exposure to any Azure or AWS DevOps processes.
- Prior exposure to AI tools or analysis.
- Security Certification or willingness to obtain.
- U.S. Citizenship required; must be eligible for a Tier 3 (T3) background investigation for Position of Trust
