Your Role:
As the Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our clients. You will lead, inspire, and empower your team to create a positive and supportive environment for both staff and clients. With your strong leadership, strategic thinking, and passion for service, you will ensure that our branch thrives—providing outstanding care, growing our client base, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development:
Lead and motivate a team of caregivers and support professionals to achieve personal and team goals. Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture that prioritizes continuous learning and growth.
- Client Care Excellence:
Ensure that all clients receive the highest level of care, tailored to their unique needs. Advocate for the well-being of clients, regularly visiting client homes and reviewing care plans to ensure satisfaction and positive outcomes.
- Operational Efficiency:
Oversee all branch operations, including scheduling, staffing, compliance, and budgeting, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and within regulatory guidelines.
- Business Growth & Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base while maintaining strong relationships with current clients and referral sources. Your drive for growth will ensure the success and longevity of the branch.
- Financial Management:
Manage branch budget, ensure profitability, and seek cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of service. Implement and monitor performance metrics to achieve key business goals.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure the branch adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Promote a culture of quality assurance and continuous improvement to meet and exceed industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record in team management, client care, and business development, plus a minimum of 2 years within the home care industry or general healthcare industry.
- Leadership Qualities:
A visionary and compassionate leader who can inspire a team, foster collaboration, and bring out the best in others.
- Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to engage with clients, families, staff, and the community with empathy and professionalism. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Problem Solving & Critical Thinking:
Proactive and adaptable with the ability to make thoughtful, timely decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for Service:
A deep-rooted passion for improving the lives of others, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and creating positive, lasting relationships.
- Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications and training are a plus.
