Essential Job Function
- Examines and evaluates data to ensure compliance through various methods of internal controls as mandated by DHS for their Purchase Card Program
- Locates, retrieves and presents statistical data specific to purchase card program
- Develops and conduct training for purchase card stakeholders;
- Performs various P-Card reviews and audits;
- Ensures quality assurance through tracking and monitoring purchase card system by providing updates including p-card cancellations, changing merchant category codes, processing applications, and changing merchant category codes;
- Responds to emails and phone inquiries daily;
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing tasks within specified time frame
