Essential Job Function
- Manage resources for a project including the tools, equipment and project personnel.
- Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Develop and implement strategies in delivering project within set timeline and budget constraints.
- Oversee the allocation of funds, as well as availability of resources for a project.
- Use appropriate project management tools and techniques to track project performance.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify factors capable of minimizing success of a project.
- Produce accurate reports of operations and activities and present it to the Government.
- Liaise with project team members to come up with solutions for improved performance/operations.
- Organize meetings to discuss and review project operational strategies/software development.
- Evaluate the progress of a project to determine the need for adjustment in strategy or/and roadmap activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI

One of the following education/experience combinations:
- Master’s degree and 10 years relevant experience (12 years preferred), including at least 5 years supporting the DoD
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years relevant experience (15 years preferred), including at least 5 years supporting the DoD
- 18 relevant experience (20 years preferred), including at least 8 years supporting the DoD
- Demonstrated ability to apply project management principles
- Strong knowledge of and experience supporting the planning, employment, and operation of agile development, DoD acquisitions policies, program management reporting, risk management, and software development including the use of associated tools
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or DoD Program Management certification (desired)
