The Community Liaison Officer is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and potential clients to promote the agency's services. They will also represent the agency at events, meetings, and networking opportunities to increase awareness and referrals within the community.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between the home care service company and the community, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare providers, community organizations, and local government agencies.
- Promote the services offered by the agency within the community through networking, outreach events, and presentations.
- Educate community members about the benefits of home care services and how they can access them.
- Collaborate with community partners to identify opportunities for partnerships and referrals.
- Gather feedback from the community to inform the agency's service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about community needs and trends in home care services to adapt strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work, public health, or communications.
